Creamy Corn Soup Recipe

Add to your knowledge:

• The best way to consume sweet corn is to make a soup of it. The tips below can be useful when buying and preparing fresh sweet corn.
1) Always make sure to select the corn with green husk, not a yellow, damaged, or removed one.
2) While boiling the corn, make sure to add enough water so that the corn is completely dipped in it.

• Although sometimes it is more convenient and cost-effective to use canned corn, it can also be less nutritious than fresh sweet corn and contains higher levels of salt.
