Veal Schnitzel Recipe Ingredients

  • 900g veal
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced parsley
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup oil for frying


Preparation Method

  1. Cut veal into thin steaks
  2. Coat veal steaks with flour
  3. Beat the eggs with parmesan, parsley, nutmeg, milk, salt and pepper
  4. Coat the veal with eggs mixture then with bread crumbs
  5. Heat ½ cup oil in skillet. Fry veal until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side
