Veal Schnitzel Recipe Ingredients
- 900g veal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon minced parsley
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup oil for frying
Preparation Method
- Cut veal into thin steaks
- Coat veal steaks with flour
- Beat the eggs with parmesan, parsley, nutmeg, milk, salt and pepper
- Coat the veal with eggs mixture then with bread crumbs
- Heat ½ cup oil in skillet. Fry veal until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side
