Berry Yoghurt Pops Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 can pear halves in heavy syrup
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

 

Preparation Method

  1. Drain the pears, reserving 2 tablespoons syrup
  2. Place the pears, blueberries, reserved syrup in a blender and mix until smooth
  3. Add yoghurt to blueberry mixture and blend again
  4. Pour into popsicle moulds and insert sticks in case mould doesn’t have any sticks
  5. Freeze until firm (4 to 6 hours)
