As the flu season intensifies, it is important to protect yourself and those around you with the flu vaccine. The infection can spread easily through the air via droplets released during coughing or sneezing, and a carrier of the virus can transmit it even before symptoms appear, up to four days in advance.
The vaccine is one of the best ways to prevent the flu, covering both types A and B. It also helps prevent serious complications such as pneumonia, bronchitis, middle ear infections, and sinus infections.
We recommend that all parents give their children the necessary vaccinations, especially for those under one-year-old, to protect their health and prevent risks.
